In 2025 Kingston will proudly sponsor Highlife - an expo focussed on sustainability and living well in apartments and units. The Solar Victoria scheme also continues to offers solar rebates for rental properties.

The State Government scheme represents an option for renters while a Council scheme is being investigated.
