Council continues to provide evidence based environmental education for the community to stay informed, connected and take action.

In the last 12 months 47 environmental education events have been delivered, engaging over 3,505 community members. These included workshops, webinars, and interactive activities, on topics including energy efficiency, sustainable living, community action, gardens for wildlife, and litter prevention. Education events were delivered by different teams to support community knowledge, connection and climate action.
