Council's approach to energy efficiency continues to mature. 24 facilities have had energy efficiency upgrades including replacement of 22 split systems with more energy-efficient models and installation of energy efficient LED lights. A number of sites have been selected for lighting, heating and cooling and switchboard upgrades.

Council is continuing to seek out opportunities to improve the energy efficiency of Council buildings including lighting, heating and cooling and cooking. Opportunities to de-gas are also being examined whenever upgrades are undertaken or as part of maintenance.

Description

In 2025, a number of sites will benefit from lighting, heating and cooling and switchboard upgrades.
