Council continues to engage with the State Government about the kerbside reform program and is supporting the Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) with Reverse Vending Machines on Council managed land. In 2025 50 CDS baskets were installed - attached to litter bins for the community to “leave or take” eligible items.
