Council supports the development of a planning scheme amendment that elevates ESD requirements for new developments to progress towards zero carbon and climate resilience. Kingston are members of and financially support CASBE. Should the CASBE led planning scheme amendment be approved, Kingston will be well positioned to ensure a high standard of interpretation and implementation of the new requirements.
