Council provides training for staff focused on Council’s response to the Climate and Ecological Emergency and their role. In 2023, Council developed and delivered a staff engagement program as part of Council’s Net Zero 2030 climate awareness and engagement campaign. Two short videos were promoted via a range of internal channels.

Mandatory online climate training continues to be completed by all new starters at Kingston.
